Really, there isn't anything this universal scapegoat isn't involved in, is there?

Dude doesn't agree with me = Satan possessed him.
Drop my coffee = Satan did it.
Burn a piece of toast = Satan did it.

I can't believe I've lived my whole life thinking that 'crap happens' and that's that. That tough class I'm taking? I'm just going to tell the teacher that Satan has a hold of him and that's why he doesn't agree with the answers that I made up in the name of Jesus.


i.e. People are not 'possessed by Satan' just because you don't like them. What a lazy and arrogant thing to think.

Precisely. I agree completely. Bad things happen because the world is not all good. People are rude because it's their free will, their choice. But to call someone 'possessed by Satan' just because of your dislike in them is disgusting and exaggeration in the most negative of ways. God Bless <3

Christians get pissy when people try to prove their religion is ****. So basically they then say those people are trying to deliver them into temptation and are sent by the devil. They make it seem like everyone wants to tempt them and make them sin because they are possessd. Really it's mostly to have an excuse for them to sin. They then say oh! I'm so ashamed I let the devil tempt me and I fell for his trick, right into sin. Seriously, Christianity is ****.
