how do you eat rusks?

strong black tea with evaporated milk tastes good with rusks.

the way i see it their's nothing wrong with dipping your rusk in public if it's broken into small/thin portions.

just don't take the whole thing and dive it in like a whale.

They are delicious with poached eggs. I remember eating them that way as a child when we had rusks around for my baby brother & sister.

I haven't seen them around in a long time. I think they were more popular in a bygone era.

just eat em. Or pour milk on them. But they are gross, so I tend to side with the biscotti - the rusk for grown ups.

They are messy, but I enjoy mine with butter and sugar and a cup of tea.

I njoy them with peanut butter, fruit jam or plain cheese spread. I have an old aunt who has it with hot tomato soup.
