What scene is this movie from?

For some reason a scene just crossed my mind from a movie where there's a girl driving away in a cab and there's a guy like running along side it, putting all sorts of different bouquets of flowers in the window to show that he loves her? What movie is it?? It's driving me crazy.

It sounds an awful lot like forest gump.

Or an episode of Hannah Montana. There is this guy who really wants to date Hannah. So Hannahs driving away and this guy keeps on chucking flowers through the window
