Done with Family Guy?
Family Guy used to be hilarious, but now Seth McFarlane has seemingly turned the show into a left wing propaganda machine. The show used to not be afraid to make fun of anyone and now it only seems to poke fun at anyone who disagrees with the liberal agenda.
The ratings for the show have been down lately. Is Family Guy heading down the wrong path?
Well as a conservative of course I'm sensitive about my beliefs being ridiculed. However, you're telling me you couldn't easily write jokes about obama and his buddies right now?? I don't mind being hazed from time to time, but I gotta say it gets pretty old when the jokes are always so one sided.

I have NEVER watched a complete episode of:
1. The Simpsons,
2. South Park,
3. Family Guy...
and add to that list...
4. Married... with Children
5. Seinfeld,
6. Arrested Development
7. Sex in the City,
8. Everybody Loves Raymond,
9. Friends,
10. Maude,
11. That 70's Show,
12. Beverly Hills, 90210
13. 24
14. ANY of the myriad of CSI programs,
15. Boob Watch... oops, I mean Babe Watch... OOPS, I mean BAYwatch,
16. Desperate Housewives
... just to name some of the.. "popular" shows I do not waste my time with.
I prefer to watch uplifting, intelligent programs that do not denigrate people nor America. Now... WHERE's that remote? Glenn Beck is almost on!
Republican from before she was born... and PROUD of it.

Dude, I live in Rhode Island and that show is STILL not funny to me. Sure, I get all of the jokes that the non-Rhode Islanders completely miss, but that doesn't make it good. At least I don't think it's all it's cracked up to me.
Though I do find the fact that it takes place in Quahog (lmfao... a quahog is a f*cking giant clam from the bay) hilarious, and the fact that Chris goes to Buddy Cianci High School is seriously like, death-worthily funny.
Other than that? Nope.

I agree, FG used to make fun of everyone. The politically incorrectness made it funny. Now it is just more conservative bashing. But, it seems more realistic now instead of funny. ie: Liberals ARE Peter and Lois, in thought, action and appearance. So maybe the joke IS on the libs after all.

This "show" is a waste of air space and one of the biggest contributors to the killing off of decent television. It's stupid, sickening, worthless, moronic and anyone with a single working brain cell will avoid it. Wow...it's crap like this that heavily contribute to the dumbing down of America. And the idiot libs blame Bush for the way the rest of the world views the people in this country. If I was in another country and saw this program and then noticed how so many enjoy it, I would think all Americans were brain dead.

Family Guy is just a raunchier rip-off of the Simpsons. As the Simpsons episodes have gone downhill, so does Family Guy.

Family Guy has never been supportive of the conservatives. I haven't noticed it being any more blatant than usual. I have not watched tonight's episode yet so you've made me curious.
I'm a Liberal Dem. I have been shocked to see Conservatives think it was supportive of their cause in prior postings. Yes, Rush did appear in an episode, but I don't think Seth MacFarlane has ever been anything but liberal.

I won't watch it either... What ever happened to Lil Bush, that was a cartoon that poked fun at all politicians.

Family guy is just out of things to write about. I think they are a terrible knock off of the Simpson's but, I do not watch the Simpson's anymore either.

Yeah, I've noticed it too. It's still a funny show though. I just ignore the comments. Usually they are coming from a talking dog anyway.

It mostly appeals to young people.
Let's face it: Classical conservative ideas are about as appealing to the younger generation as chopped liver.
