How do I get the rock chips off my car windows?
When I got my 03 honda accord, i noticed there were small rock chips on it and when i feel it, it feels rough, Clay baring the window doesn't work either. Question is..Should I wet sand it? and if so, what grit? Should I then apply wax after? or should I even apply wax to windows? will it benefit me if I do or harm me. Thanks!!

replace the windshield is the best way, you can have a glass co. fill the holes with special stuff they use but it usually looks worse than if you just left it alone.

Don't bother.
Just replace the windshield. The only thing I've seen wet sanding work on is superficial scuff marks left by windshield wiper blades, but not the chipped areas. Besides, if you actually do manage to rub away enough glass to get the chips out, you risk distorting the optics of the glass which can become a safety issue. If you can catch your fingernail on a chip or scratch, it is too deep and you will wind up distorting the glass.
But if you would like to try anyway, and are prepared to replace the windshield if it doesn't work, try using cerium oxide polish with a buffing wheel or 3000 grit sandpaper dipped in a mixture of water with a little dishwashing liquid (gives smoother results).

Don't sand it. Take it to a glass shop. They can do a proper chip repair. It is usually paid for in full by your insurance.
