Any idea what to ask a DNA guy?
I am taking Criminal Justice. We have a DNA guy coming to class tomorrow. I need some questions to ask him. Any serious questions please

This guy has probably heard them all. But, some questions I am curious about are:
1) If or how they can tell that a blood sample has multiple sets of DNA, say both victim and suspects blood were mixed. This kind of extends to rape cases, how do they know that a semen sample came from more then one source.
2) What ways have suspects tried to destroy DNA evidence?
3) What is the minimal amount of DNA needed for analysis?
Granted, asking these questions might make you seem like your planning a busy weekend, I hope you enjoy the talk.

Can you collect useful DNA evidence from bone fragments lying on the surface in the Pacific Northwest one year postmortem? Two years? Is there a practical limit?
Does the DNA evidence point to someone other than OJ killing Ron Goldman? OJ said he would look for the killer. OJ is looking for the killer on Florida golf courses. Did OJ find the killer there?
