Question about skin rash?

I have recently developed a skin rash on only my upperbody, groin and back and little on my arms. Like small heat lumps, but they dont itch as much. I havent been ill nor do i feel ill, so i am discounting a viral infection. Any ideas guys? Before i go to the docs?

Also i thought it may be linked to dehydration? as i dont drink nearly enough water.

Do a google search on "tinea versicolor". Hope this helps.

It's good to drink water and also to put some moisturizer on to retain moisture in your skin. It may be an allergic reaction . Is it due to perspiration or a heat rash? There are many rashes that look similar including eczema, heat rashes, hives and pithyriasis so it's good to have it looked at.
