dogs on hydrochlorothiazide?
I have a 12 year old lab coonhound mix with congetstive heart failure, and i am a stickler for research. I was wondering if anyone here has had a dog on hydrochlorothiazide (a diuretic), and if so, could you tell me how it went? Did it work for your dog for what it was prescribed? I was just wondering... thanks.

as far as I know the only approved diuretic for dogs is lasix. talk to your cardiologist.
