why am i so tired at school?

When I'm at school, I'm really tired and can't focus and I'm quiet. And my grades are dropping because of this problem. I get a lot of sleep, I eat good (including breakfast). When I'm home, I have a lot more energy.

Well the only thing i can think of is you not getting enough sleep.

But you said that you do, Is it because of your not getting a Restful sleep?? that's also important and is it your breakfast?? what are you having for breakfast?? in my Health book it said that a good Breakfast includes: Milk, Another protein food such as an Egg, Cheese or Meat. Citrus fruit such as Orange Juice or Grapefruit sections. A slice of whole grain toast or a bowl of whole grain cereal. It also says: It is very helpful to vary your breakfast as much as possible. And they list a menu also: Fruit Cup. Toasted cheese sandwich, and a cup of milk. And if you are eating very healthy then it may be anxiety. When your at home you can calm down much more. I don't think it's anything serious but i would keep an eye out.

This sort of thing is a sign of depression, but seeing that you eat & sleep regularly I dont see it as much of an issue. Maybe you are stressed due to the falling grades? I recomend getting excess amount of sleep through the remainder of this marking period. Then, you will havemore energy, and this will hopefully keep your grades from dropping.

(If you have any other problems that could be stressing you, you should contact your regular doctor to be sure your not depressed)
