If the heart is damaged in a heart attack. Can it regrow blood vessels or repair itself in any way?

If part of the heart is damaged, can that damage be undone?

Whenever it restores to health condition in pre-heart attack time then you would know it recovers. Billions cells of body die daily and are replaced by new cells unless you are too old. Micro arteries can grow around the blocked vessel but no hope for the died scars. Besides medicine, need best nutritions and good excercise for heart.

Acute myocardial infarction may result in death due to pump failure or ventricular fibrillation. If the patient survives, the infarct undergoes organization and healing. (Resorption of muscle--> thin wall + mural thrombi). During the first 2 to 3 weeks, the necrotic myocardium is gradually replaced by granulation tissue; during the next 2 to 3 months, granulation tissue is converted into fibrous scar. During healing, the thinned infarcted wall may expand to form a ventricular aneurysm. Mural thrombi can form over the infarct and give rise to systolic emboli.

In short, the cardiac muscle is a specialized tissue, just like nerve tissue and hence it can not be restored once it is damaged. Sometimes, the conduction of electricity impulses within the heart will severely disrupted causing other heart problems.

heart attacks occur due to a blockage in one of the blood vessels that feed the heart muscle. High emotions cause an elevation in blood pressure and a constriction of blood vessels, so if there is a partial blockage, an intense emotional reaction could cause a vessel to contract down around that partial blockage creating a total blockage and thus a heart attack.

Neuropathy is really a uncomfortable illness but with the guide of Dr. Randall Labrum, Neuropathy Solution, a book you will find here https://tr.im/6H0Wd you can eliminate thermosetting pain that this disease cause it.

In the event that you follow all the therapy solutions presented in Neuropathy Solution book correctly your mind may launch endorphins, or “pleased chemicals”, and these will help you fight suffering and relieve stress.

The Neuropathy Solution does not have an excessive amount of theory, only helpful assistance as you are able to set to perform immediately.

the heart is a muscle. like any other muscle it will heal but very slowly because it has to continue pumping to keep you alive. my father had a heart attack 3 years ago and it has been a struggle but his heart has repaired itself to about 90% of what is normal. the doctors have him on a diet and medications he has to take for the rest of his life but he is able to do most things he could do before.

no not usually. when it tries to repair itself there is usually scar tissue that remains which interferes with how the heart works. It also of course depends on how severe the heart attack was.

No sorry, If The heart is starved of blood and oxygen the part that is starved will die, just like any muscle, But, it will not regenerate like other muscles.
