Do you think Oprah should sue that company? I thought she was a forgiving person? She has more $$ then trump!?

I just did a search and found lots of stories about people and companies suing Oprah but nothing about Oprah suing anyone. What did I miss? Thanks for letting us know.

Its not about the money! She would most likely donate that to charity if she wins. Its about setting a point. She trademark that and she don't want no one else to use it but only herself. If that company uses it that means they are benefiting on her behalf for something she had to pay for to trademark. It also sets a precedent which means it will put fear in other people eye because she is willing to sue anybody that uses her trademark and nobody wants to get sue, especially by Oprah who is consider the most powerful women in America.
