Can anyone tell me why?

Our government will not allow Gurkha soldiers, who have served this country in conflicts around the world to settle in this country, yet, we allow any foreigner with a student visa to stay here indefinitely? Why, Oh why is there not a general election due, so we can get rid of this utter shower of .......

    i agree with MRK. too sensible. I'd much rather have those gurkha soldiers here - they deserve to be - rather than those who we aren't allowed to deport even though they're threats to national security. it's political correctness gone mad.
