"A Tunisian national who was jailed at CIA secret prisons in Afghanistan as well as at Guantanamo Bay has filed a lawsuit accusing the US of torture. The suit by Rafiq Alhami (rah-FEEK' al-HAH'-mee) is believed to be the first alleging torture well before the Justice Department issued a secret memo authorizing waterboarding and other methods in August 2002. Alhami was arrested in November 2001 and says his torture began one month later. He was allegedly stripped naked, threatened with dogs, shackled in painful positions for hours and beaten. Alhami also says interrogators sprayed pepper spray on his hemorrhoids, causing harsh pain."

==> Innocent... I'd call in the FBI. They know how to question suspects to build a solid case that will stand up in court. Given the same scenario, how would you feel if the case against the person guilty of killing your family was dismissed because unlawful techniques, such as torture, were used?

I love chile, the hotter the better. A good chile will burn twice, once on the way in and once on the way out. I have occasional 'roid trouble from time to time and I can tell you it DOES burn more than a normal butt hole. I would hardly call it torture though. Nothing permanent about it. When I find a good burning spicy hot burrito I go back again and again no matter how bad the "exit" gets.
Honestly, these guys are such sissies!

Gosh, I love that old white biker guy. He took the words right out of my mouth. Terrorists are not recognized by the Geneva Convention and whatever is done to them is far from what they would do to our men and women who wear a uniform and protect their country. They do not belong in our courts either. There is military justice for terrorists.
At least we do not behead them!

hemorrhoids are racked full of sharp pain without ever doing anything to them, tossing salt, lemon juice, pepper spray, etc. upon them would be incredibly painful

There are many who alleged not to be terrorist that turned out to be.
They will use anything they can to get out of what they did and try to make money off the US Taxpayer.
If some one broke into your home and killed your family and the investigation was left up to you and you had suspects what would you do to get the truth out of them.
