whats a good upper body workout?
Im already using the VJB as a lower body workout plan and would like someone to post a good chart or workout schedule for upper body.

The other guy is right, a 3-day based plan works best. Here's an example:
Day 1 and 4: Biceps, triceps, chest, forearms, shoulders
Day 2 and 5: Abs, obliques, lats/back, traps
Day 3 and 6: Well this is usually lower body, but you already got that covered.
If you want to you could move your traps and shoulders to Day 3 and 6 to spread it out a little more. Most bodybuilders like to use this routine. Gives you 1 rest day, so choose which day you might have stuff going, or be going on a date or whatever might come up, and this is it.

If you really want to get a good upper body, you should have a 3day split system
eg. triceps + chest / shoulders and back / arms /
