Just send a picture text to an email, when it asks who to send to type in your email. This should work even if you dont have internet capabilities on it. If not, look into a USB cord for your phone.

What i do is i send it in a picture message, and where you would normally put the phone number you want to send it to, you put your email instead. Then it sends to your email, and when you get it you can save the picture and just upload it.

When you upload photos in Facebook, there's an easier way to upload your phone pictures to Facebook. So, you just upload them in Facebook (if you have an account there. If not, just make one) and then you could just save them in your folder.
