Part time job at 16...?
A lot of my friends have jobs at restaurants & stores and I'm wondering if there are any chain or retail stores that hire people at 16. I can't really go to the places my friends work because I'd be too distracted if I worked with a friend and since it's almost summer there are a lot of college kids looking for jobs. They usually get hired before teenagers do. Any ideas?

You could work at TJ Maxx, JC Penny, Marshalls, Sears, K-Mart, McDonald's, Burger King, Taco Bell, or you could work at a nice restaurant like TGI Fridays, Chilli's, Ruby Tuesdays or any restaurant like the one's I mentioned as a hostess, busser, food runner, or dishwisher. Those jobs sometimes offer tips+a paycheck of course. I know these jobs usually take people at 16.

Being that your sixteen,you could work pretty much anywhere.Part time or full time.You could try anywhere that your friends don't work.Any kind of fast food,or restaurant would be great.You could try a place like the dairy queen or Baskin Robbins.Just apply anywhere you would enjoy working.

well you could be a chef at a resturaunt. you won't get destracted easy because you will be in the back of it. you could work at a day care. lots of fun kids to hang around! i bet they can intertain you! you could also be a cousaler for a camp. they give you quite a bit of cash. Good luck finding a part-time job!
