I remember that she was a violinist and is living with her aunt or a relative in order to take private lessons with someone. She's discovered and becomes a tv/movie star. She has a tutor and is learning Latin. I don't remember much else about the book. I remember reading it around 2008. Does anyone know what book I'm thinking of?

I've had my hips pierced with dermals since April. The piercings have never been infected and have never had any signs of being rejected. Just now I noticed that one dermal hurt a bit and when I looked, I could see that my skin was trying to push it out. Is there a reason why it decided to reject the anchor now after 5 months? Could gaining weight cause this? I've gained about 10 pounds since the piercing and I'm thinking that this might be the reason. Anyone have any theories?

I don't know what to do with my hair. It's a little longer than in the picture but by a lot. It's also more of a light brown now than a dark brown. I'm willing to get extensions.

I know this isn't the type of event that is about fashion but I still don't know what to wear. I haven't been to a family funeral/wake since I was little and back then my mom told me what to wear and it didn't really matter.

I feel like I should wear black but I don't have too many all black ensembles and I'm not going to go out and buy something new.

What would be appropriate to wear? Friday night is the wake. Then Saturday is the funeral and luncheon type thing. For the grave burial it's going to be extremely cold and snowy.

I just bought three new gerbils and I don't know what to name them. I know for sure that one is gonna be called Pompey but I'm not sure about the other 2. One's brown, one's grey, and one's white.

A lot of my friends have jobs at restaurants & stores and I'm wondering if there are any chain or retail stores that hire people at 16. I can't really go to the places my friends work because I'd be too distracted if I worked with a friend and since it's almost summer there are a lot of college kids looking for jobs. They usually get hired before teenagers do. Any ideas?

I'm almost positive I have some sort of sleeping disorder like insomnia but I'm definitely not trying to diagnose myself. I can never sleep when I want to. I'll lay in bed for hours and although I'm so tired I can't fall asleep. When I come home from school I'm so exhausted I tend to just pass out. My sleeping cycle is definitely off. I'll fall asleep at around 4pm and then wake up at around 10pm. I'll usually stay awake until I need to get ready for school the next day. Is this something I should seek medical help for?

We have Turnabout coming up on Valentine's Day and I'm trying to think of creative ways to ask someone. I'm open for all kinds of ideas. I know the guy likes me and he's already asked me to the dance even though it's girls-ask-guys. >.< I'm not even sure if I'm going yet but if I do end up going I'd like to ask him myself just so it's not like I'm giving him an answer a week later than when he asked me. Plus all the fun is in the asking. Any ideas? Oh, and guy who I'm asking, if you're reading this somehow, go away or you'll ruin the 'surprise'. :]

I know this is pretty much the worst time to buy a bathing suit but a one piece is required for P.E. I bought one last year but it's just a plain black one and I'm not even sure it would fit or where I put it. Does anyone know where to find a cute one piece? Thanks. :]

I love the ones on purityrings.com but they just don't seem like something I'd normally wear. I want a custom made ring but I'm not sure how much I should put on it or what I should put on it. My favourite one from purityrings.com is the band that says One Life One Love. Is there anyway I can build off that or what do you think I should have my ring look like?
