Hairless rat questions?

I just got a hairless rat yesterday afternoon and I have a few questions.

I have a skin cleanser called Cetaphil. It's basically like Phisoderm, the stuff you give babies a "bath" with when they still have their umbilical cord stump and can't get regular baths. Is that okay to use for him?

Could I use a skin moisturizer for him? I have Aveeno Baby Lotion and some regular baby lotions (one is lavender scented).

I understand that they have problems staying warm with little or no hair. He has a furred buddy in the cage with him. I have little plastic houses, a timothy hay house, and a small cardboard box. They are all stuffed with tissues. Is this enough to keep him warm or would I still need a heating pad? Would it be necessary during the summer?

Also what are some good treats that contain protein? I read that they need extra protein to keep up their metabolism since it's higher than a normal rat's. I have Nutro Max Healthy Desserts, Dingo Baked Bones (Banana flavored), and Yogies.

Its best to use a sensitive skin baby shampoo to bathe hairless rats. So, that could probably work although I've never used it myself.

For moisturizing his skin, you need to use a little dab of olive oil. Do this once a week or so and feed him a small piece of bread lightly soaked in olive oil once a week as well. This will keep his skin nice and soft.

No heating pad is necessary. As long as he has a buddy to curl up with, nesting material and hidey places, he'll be just fine. Fleece hammocks are nice too. You can sew your own or buy them.

Scrambled eggs are good for extra protein. But don't give it too often. Maybe once or twice a week. I've never heard of those treats before, but the Yogies should be fed sparingly because of all the sugar.

Congratulations on you hairless! They're one of my favorite types of rats. If you need any more help, please feel free to email me. I'll always respond.
