Ipod's allowed in court house?

I week from now I have jury duty, and I know I have to go through metal detectors (which is fine). I was wondering with security the way it is these days will I have any problem taken my Ipod with me? I would hate to drive down and go through all the security just to hear I couldn't take it in for some strange reason.

Call the court and ask. I don't see why an iPod would be prohibited, so long as you aren't listening to it in the courtroom. But if you are concerned, ask.

When i went to court i took my ipod. You just have to take all metal objects out your pocket and place then in a bend. BUT DO NOT BRING A DIGITAL CAM. They are not allowed.

You are on jury duty? You are supposed to be paying attention to the TRIAL not your music.
