How do you get on Maxim 100?

I look at the stars/actors/models whatever on there...and makes me wonder how to they determine this?

I sort of feel like agencies and promoters have alot to do with it, because of those people like Amanda Brynes? number 46? really?

I hardly debate the top 10 most of the time, but the "fillers order" I'm not just saying my personal preference...its people who u see alot that are at the end of the list..doesn't make much sense to me.
