Taking a pregnancy test?
My last period began March 15 and I have a pretty normal cycle (28 days usually). I am pretty sure I ovulated a couple of days ago. When is the absolute earliest I can test?
I know it will be most accurate after I miss my period May 13. And I know 5 days before that is the 8th, but I was wondering if anybody ever got a positive much before that with an early results test.
Sorry, just impatient.
April 15.... my last period started April 15... sorry...

Wait at least a week after ovulation. It's a 50/50 chance.. If it says no, then wait until your period should have began unless you start getting major symptoms before that

March 15th? Do you mean April 15th?
Most women ovulate 10 - 14 days from the day they start their period and sperm can hang out waiting on an egg for 72 hours.
If your last period started April 15th then you'd ovulate between April 25th - 29th. That's when you should have having sex.
You can not get an accurate urine result until you are late. Even with the early test they tell you that they can still be a false result.
A QUANT blood test can come back faster but you have to be at least 2.5 weeks from your LMP to get an accurate result.

The test that we have in our office are update ones and you can have missed one period and it will show positive or neg. Best time to get the urine sample, on taking an early test, is when you first wake up in the morning. Have a clean, dry bottle ready and catch the first urine of a morning. It is more concentrated and chances are much more accurate. My daughter always had to get that first of the day to get a test to read positive early for her.
Some doctor's offices, if you are a regular patient of theirs, will give you a collection cup & led to use. Or at least I know we do.
If you did mean March 15, then you should get an accurate test by now. It doesn't take us 2.5 weeks to get the blood test back on pregnancy test.

Im so tempted to do mine in the moring! i dunoo if i should coz i have had a negative so might still be way to early to tell.
Good luck to you!

You would probably be safe even taking a pregnancy test now. Get one of the pregnancy tests that can tell you in words and 5 days sooner from your missed period. Best of luck and I hope everything works out for you. (=
