Well you are going to make this easy. For the beach you can bring back samples of the sand to compare the quality, as well as to see if the sand came from the same place. Take water temperature the day you are there and weather and wind conditions to compare. As for Epcot you are visiting all the country's and learning the way of life and tasting of new foods. Also Epcot as a learning center not sure if it is still the same, but 2 years ago you could be a robot and race them (the learning of robotics). As for Hollywood studios there is no other place to learn video production and what it takes to make a movie. (other than Universal) Disney also has a paper that you can get that has very educational questions on it that can be filled out by the students to return to school. Not sure if you can still get it on the web site but you can call and request the form.
