What are the laws for this in Missouri?

I want to run a 40 Days For Life campaign this fall, in Springfield. For those not familiar with 40 Days For Life, it basically involves a lot of people fasting and praying in front of a Planned Parenthood or other abortion clinic (we specifically target Planned Parenthood because they are the nation's largest abortion mill) for 40 days in an effort to educate people about the horrors of abortion.

So, will I need a permit? What all will I need to do to ensure that nobody gets arrested? We won't actually be on Planned Parenthood's property (and to ensure this, I've already looked up EXACTLY where their property line is and where public property begins).

Update:

For the record, we would NOT be harrassing anybody. 40 Days For Life is a PEACEFUL prayer activity meant to bring to light the FACTS about abortion and how it kills innocent children and leads to the death of women, as well as Planned Parenthood's illegal activities (such as covering up the rape of a minor and counseling her to NOT mention the age of her "boyfriend").

I do not appreciate being insulted for my beliefs, or for asking how to keep my plans legal.

You can obtain all the information you need regarding requirements, restrictions, etc., and the permit you WILL need at your local City Hall. There are restrictions involved even when protesting on public property.

There is NO guarantee no one will be arrested, that's up to you and the rest of your group.
