What color for corsage and boutonniere?

My dress is white, with black flowers that start from the top and go down. It also has small circles of glitter down it. My prom date's tux is white, with a black vest, and white tie. [All my accessories are black, silver, or white]

The theme for this year's prom is "A Night at the Oscars," so I want something that will look classy and rich.

I was thinking maybe red for the corsage and boutonniere? Because it would be cool to have someone like that to stand out.

But I want opinions.

    I definitely think red would be the way to go.

    i agree it wouldd look cute with one thing thats stands out and i think red is a good color if not hot pink
