Can someone explain what Yesod is?

I have, over the last few months, been studying Kaballah. I've not really studied Kaballah in-depth, but rather passing curiosity. Now, this morning, just before I woke up, I was dreaming that I was at the base of some wall and was weeping. I remember that as I sat there weeping, I kept saying "Yesod" over and over. Can anyone shine some light on this dream?

Update:

I guess I should have expressed myself a bit more clearly.

Does anyone have an idea why I would be "chanting" this word in my dream?

Since Yesod is one of the major "Tree of Life" structures, it probably crept into your subconscious, and it made its way into your dream. There is plenty of information online about Yesod and its associations.

Try looking through Kabbalah On Line.

Tzvi Fishman deals with stuff relating to the sfirah yesod, you might want to go through/search his website: http://www.israelnationalnews.com/Blogs/Blog.aspx/...

Maybe you have a problem in the area that "yesod" pertains to. Read his blog for more information. Perhaps search the pages of his blog, and read articles with "yesod" in them.
