Dru was very sick with a bad cold and had taken some cold medicine which made her really drowsy and she was kind of out of her head. Malcolm took advantage of the situation and came to her while she was kind of out of it and she thought it was her husband (she was at her home). Lily is really Malcolm's daughter.

They never talk about Lily and Daniel's marriage anymore I don't think. They don't talk much about Cane and Amber's marriage either - maybe a little before Cane married Chloe. The question of Lily's paternity is out in the open, everyone including Neil knows the truth. Lily felt that since Neil raised her, he is her father. Malcolm "returned from the dead" and was never given any real storyline, he shortly left the show after his return.

Lily did contract a STD (Chlamydia, I think) from Kevin, which I am thinking was cleared after seeing a doctor, if hers was cleared, maybe Kevin saw a doctor and took medication for his as well. Lily is now engaged to Cane and should be getting married next week. Amber is with Daniel (for now).

Yes Lily found out, but she's been Neil's daughter for years. So she literally dissed Malcolm to remain in the family she's known all her life. Malcolm was eventually written off the show. Darn writers.

Marriages on Soap operas, when they end, are never mentioned again...unless the writers find a need to keep the attraction alive. Lily's a perfectionist..So is Cane. They deserve each other, if they don't leave each other. Kevin got treatment for his disease after seducing Lily. He didn't have it when he met Jana.

Dru did not sleep with Malcolm. Malcolm seduced Dru when she was sick with a flu, and out of her mind (sick). She likely thought it was her husband at the time.
