Know how to fix Whirlpool Duet washer?

I have a 4 year old Whirlpool Duet front load washer/dryer set model GHW9150PW0 (washer). I have had 2 repair men out and they said they can't find a problem. The washer will run through all cycles with no problems or codes. At the end of cycle my clothes are still dirty! It's like they have been rinsed but not washed. They still smell of deodorant etc.

There is no mold and the drum doesn't smell either. I've run the washer without clothes or soap to "clean it out" and that didn't do a thing. I also ran Affresh (the repair man's only idea) and that didn't do anything either.

Please help if you can!

Thanks.

Update:

To gas man:

Dishwasher soap in a washing machine? It doesn't state how much to use in a washing machine?

Update 2:

The dishwasher soap didnt work.

As for the second answer, I have tried different soaps of course and that's not the problem. There is no agitator, it's a front load machine.

As time goes by, some parts wear, deform, springs weaken and break and plain get stuck. Before replacing the entire lock mechanism, try a little WD 40 to lubricate the parts.

the problem has to be soap related. try changing the type of soap you are using. is the agitator turning?
