My jaw is dislocated on one side causing serious problems. I am looking for an Osteopathic Manipulation Treatment physician to manipulate my jaw joint back in place.

I have a 4 year old Whirlpool Duet front load washer/dryer set model GHW9150PW0 (washer). I have had 2 repair men out and they said they can't find a problem. The washer will run through all cycles with no problems or codes. At the end of cycle my clothes are still dirty! It's like they have been rinsed but not washed. They still smell of deodorant etc.

There is no mold and the drum doesn't smell either. I've run the washer without clothes or soap to "clean it out" and that didn't do a thing. I also ran Affresh (the repair man's only idea) and that didn't do anything either.

Please help if you can!

I am trying to input my 1099-R form on Turbo Tax online and it doesn't seem to recognize what type and taxes I already had withheld.

I had taxes withheld at the time of my lump sum distribution. It is a code 4 (death) so I am not penalized.

I am not penalized and already paid taxes but Turbo Tax claims I owe tons of money. I know I am doing something wrong but Turbo Tax isn't giving me any other options. Can anyone help with this?

I'm looking for a VOIP service that has numbers in Lorain Ohio. I need to keep my home phone number but can't seem to find a service that ports my number. They all claim they can but when I type in 440-277-XXXX they say it's not portable. If anyone knows of a service for me I'd really appreciate it.
