My husband has the stomach flu. Will the couch that he took over today have all his germs? Is it safe for me?
He slept in bed last night and I took the couch. While I was at work, he came downstairs and took over the couch. I don't want to sleep in our bed or on that couch. Is this crazy of me? Where should I sleep tonight? We do have the swine flu in our area.

It's pretty much impossible not to catch what you husband has. Though unless he was coughing directly on the couch and you happened to touch that same exact spot then it's not very likely you'll get it from the bed or the couch.
Also you shouldn't be freaked out about the swine flu. Of course take regular precautions like hand washing etc. But it hasn't proved lethal here and does react to flu medications.
