Looking for a court case involving DUI with Horse!?

I'm looking for a court case that happened years ago involving a man named Richard Chesser in Green River, Wyoming who was charged with a DUI while "driving" a horse but was acquitted upon discovering he was not in control of the reins when he was pulled over. Can someone help me find it?

Update:

Bullshit it was an urban legend. That man is my grandfather.

Update 2:

Additionally, its happened on more than one occasion. Another man was charged and acquitted on the same premise in Louisiana.
