Is ACORN biting the hand that feeds them?

Question

As shown by the link, a large portion of the money that ACORN receives comes from the very banks that they are now protesting against. ACORN had made huge pushes to get banks to make higher risk loans. Now that those loans have gone into default and the banks are foreclosing ACORN is screaming foul. By all rights ACORN helped to create the housing bubble, and now that it has burst they are blaming the evil banks. So is ACORN biting the hand that feeds them?

All leftism is based on biting the hand that feeds them. The successful are made into targets from whom a ransom is demanded.

But some of the biggest donors are mainstream foundations of big corporations, according to data from the Foundation Center. The JPMorgan Chase Foundation gave $2.4 million to ACORN Housing and the Bank of America Charitable Foundation gave $1.4 million. Citigroup's foundation gave $1.5 million to the social justice institute.

I read that whole article and it never mentioned a single bank donating money to ACORN
