Well I'll say Kakashi cuz it doesn't seem like Guy is very experienced in Genjutsu and doesn't exactly have the large list of Jutsu Kakashi has.

I like Renji's zabimaru. Although it isnt the strongest it is still pretty awesome to me.

I dont think it could to be honest. Ikkaku's bankai is really powerful, Im not even sure is Byakuya's could beat his. But it would be an interesting fight, Renji against Ikkaku. Especially since they are both hot headed.

3) If Ikkaku fought Chad/Sado who would win? Give it some thought don't JUST say Ikkaku even though he is awesome!

Wow this is a tough call. I think Ikkaku may have a possibility of winning because of his bankai and because he has had his power longer than Chad. But Chad is really strong and he has that armor arm thing so he could possibly destroy Ikkaku's bankai with one blow. Plus Chad seems a bit more calm and level headed in a fight so that may also give him an advantage. However I think Ikkaku would win just for the simple fact of his bankai/training.

Im just going to say Guy because it seems that nobody ever picks him. Kakashi is strong but Guy I think knows all of Kakashi's moves and what not when it comes to fighting, whereas Kakashi cant figure out what Guy is going to do next.

Chad won't do anything. He'll just stand there, reliably and quietly.

Ikkaku will blow his head off and waste his energy by turning on the spectators.

Ikkaku gets disqualified. x)

Either that, or he doesn't get disqualified, but nevertheless he wastes his time/effort on the spectators... and meanwhile, Sado defeats the distracted Ikkaku.

Well Chad is just a human with immense strength, and hollow-like arm shield. He's pretty strong for a human, and he could take down hollows easily, but with Ikkaku's bankai...i dunno...but Chad has gotten stronger, so it would be sort of like a tie.
