Quick Reheatable Recipes?

Question

Can you give me some ideas for some quick reheatable meals?   My friend's mother is quite ill and two pre-teen children so my friend has little time to cook.  

I want to make some meals to take to her that can be frozen and heated up later.

Here are a few ideas.  The first site looks really.  Seach around.  They have other sections relating to the same subject.  It took me a while to figure out where each days' recipes were until I clicked on the date on the calendar.  Duh!  It is almost 2:30 a.m. here so I have an excuse.  Good wishes to your friend, her mom and her kids.

Lasagna - seems like a meal, premade and they can just throw it in the oven. 

Cous-cous is easy to make, just boil with a bouillon cube and add veggies (frozen) - its easy to reheat and you can add chicken or shrimp with it.

Chicken salad is easy to make with canned chicken, add mayo and cut up grapes - good for a lunch or snack

Pasta salad too works
