I voted for him because his views are more in line with my own than McCain. (not that I didn't like some of McCain's Ideas, he would have made a decent president) 

the Other reason is McCain made a Political choice when he asked Palin to be the vp. not a choice that was best for America. I think the GOP wanted to get to women and some other minorities that were on the fence. 

I think that because of his age and other health issues McCain has had over the years. It was too big a gamble to allow Palin to become President or acting president because I do not agree with her views at all. I am fairly moderate and she is FAR on the right

Because Obama is leading the country in a positive direction. He is a breath of fresh air. Barrack Obama is a good leader with some great ideas. He is the best thing that happened to this country since Kennedy and possibly even Roosevelt.

After 8 years of Bush I could not ever support a Republican candidate...and then there was Palin. 

Also I could not support much of McCain's positions on issues. 

I don't regret my voting for Obama.

Because two reasons Palin and McCain didn't have a clue on how Bad the Economy was it wasn't a hard Choice once McCain said the fundamentals of the Economy were strong

I voted for Obama because he was, by far, the better candidate. McCain was ineffective and erratic, and then he brought Palin onto the ticket. OMG, that woman is a stupid hick.
