Seahawks are going to do well. Maybe even make the playoffs again. Matt Hasselbeck is a great QB if he and his team stays healthy. The only ? on that team to me is the runningbacks.

I think the 49'ers have a chance. The 49'ers finished out pretty strong last season. I think getting Crabtree was a great start to their next season. They needed depth at the WR position and they still do. The only issue I see is their QB position. They should have drafted or made a trade offer for a QB. I think the 49'ers did pretty well in the draft and I think they will make a push for the playoffs next season. They have a great coach who seems to be a motivator for his team, and I think they have an up and coming defense. The 49'ers have a great chance to do well and I believe they will take the west with a 10-6 record.

the dark horse is the atlanta falcons. they added tony gonzalez at tightend and matt ryan is in his second year so the offense should be even better than it was. the defense is suspect but if they play solid they could upset a few favorites. thats in the nfc. the afc darkhorse is the texans. they are underrated. solid offense with some explosiveness and a very good up and coming defense. new orleans as well. im not sold on carolinas qb situation and tampa bay totally shredded the roster this offseason so expect it to be not quite as tight a race in the nfc south as it was last season. that and the saints have improved on defence and they already had a good offense

OK by you saying who will do well I am takiing that as winning a lot more games than last year. Cincinnatl Bengals. Excellent draft, and they have made some moves in the off season to help their defense. Carson Palmer should be back healthy and behind a decent offensive line. I am not saying they will make the playoffs, but they will have a much better record.

These days it is very hard to tell at this stage. Particularly with regard to the 'dark horse' since that term indicates a team that no one will expect is going to do well. If I say a team is the dark horse I am saying I don't expect them to do well but they might. If I'm sure they will do well then they can't be the dark horse. With the additional players and the possibility of injury all being unpredictable the field is wide open for next season.

early on id have to say the Bills, they got a big playmaker in TO opposite Lee Evans, the loss of Lynch for the first four games may hurt them. But they had a good draft and slowly re built their offensive line and i think Aaron Maybin can contribute immediately. Also i think this year with the addition of TO Trent Edwards could have a breakout year.

The Saints. They're already the best offensive team and they improved their defense in the draft.

besides tht i think tht lions will improve on their football skills i think tht the cowboys will do really well this year... im mean they got rid of all the trouble makers and dreama kings but seriously i think they will do really well and who knows they might make it to the super bowl and yeah and i think tht the patriots will make it to the toilet bowl because tom brady is back and he will suck like ever so good luck to them for being in the sewer right now and let all the other teams slip right pas them

the best work this offseason has def either been done by the bengels or the eagles the bengels have that tough division though but its possible and i expect the eagles to repeat a playoff run if not a superbowl run
