San Francisco: Kaboom - Best Place to View?

For those heading out this weekend to watch KFOG's Kaboom, where is the best place to watch?

Would you bring your overly large, overly friendly dog with you and your teen daughter?

    Are you speaking specifically of the fireworks? They'll be near the Bay Bridge (where the festival is--Piers 30-32), so anywhere along the more southern end of the Embarcadero.

    I would NOT bring the dog. There's going to be around 30,000 people there.

    the Kaboom thing is happening down near the Giants stadium at Piers 30 & 32. So down on the south side of the bay bridge is your best bet for viewing....I would personally buy the tix for the event.

    I would bring your daughter but not the dog.
