I need ur help! What do u think?Shy guy's problem?

Well there's my crush, he's just really really shy and quiet.

I've known him for 2 months. He knew that i like him. He told my friend that maybe he he got a chance with me too, but he's not sure cuz we havent talked in person, just msn(I'm shy too)

Then i started a convo, he was really happy, and try to contribute, the convo was great, we laughed and joked a lot.

But the day after he still ignored me and didnt say hi( he never did unless i say hi first)

Everytime he sees me he just looks at the floor.

He told my friend that he would try to talk to me but he never did. I felt like he doesnt try, so i was angry and ignored him for like 2 days

And the day after he just stood near my locker and looked at me, but he never says hi!

But i dont think saying "hi" is that hard, when we talk we talk like bestfriend, but i am the one who always hv to do it first

I wanted to ignore him, but now i felt threaten by a 14 year old girl. She likes him too and she 's braver than me 10 times! She walked to him and ask his phone numbers n his name. But he seem didnt care, he even didnt ask back. Everyone says he just cares about me, but i wont be at school for 1 week. I'm not sure wat would happen. Wat should i do?

I dont wanna lose him when i think i got really really close to the final match

Btw i am 15 and he's 16

What should i do please?
