What if the girls lies about her age to have sex?
so here is the story. I met one girl in the party and she told me that she was 19. I had sex with her, and turns out that she is 15. I am 21 years old guy, with no criminal record, not even a traffic ticket. I basically do not know her, her friends told me that she has lied to many people and had sex with them. The night before we met, she had sex with 2 guys in the same night. Right now she is in shelter care house for some drug or alcohol addiction. She says she is pregnant now, but I am 95 % sure its not from me.
I am so stressed now, what might happen? what is the best and worst could happen to me? the legal sex age is 18 where i am from.

It depends.
In the situation that yes, it turns out to be your child, unless she presses charges (or her parents are notified and they press charges) or if the medical staff finds out she's a minor and you're an adult (I.E. your present at the birth) then you could deal with a statutory rape charge (sex with a minor) which you get you a sex offender title as well as possible jail time.
However, if nothing is said to authorities, then it would be best the you step in and help support the child. This is all assuming the child is yours.
If the child is not yours, you should definitely get out of there. That's a can of worms you don't want to open.

Even if the girl lied about her age, the male is still at fault. It may not be fair but that's how it is.
If you do get in trouble with the law, I'm sure you would get away with it. No criminal record at all, not even any traffic tickets? They'll see how you never do anything wrong and you'll be fine. Just make sure to tell the truth when a judge asks you.
If the kid is yours, you will have to pay to take care of it.
Good Luck.

My advice to you would be don't have sex with girls you barely know! WTF! And for her, double WTF! I will throttle my daughter if she's 15 and screwing 2 guys she barely knows, ever! Let alone in the same night! And what exactly makes you 95% sure it isn't your kid? Hope ya had a rubber on it - if she sleeps around so much lord only knows what she has!
If she tries to say it is your kid, get a paternity test before you give her anything, even if you have to pay for it yourself!
And i hate to tell ya, it's not HER problem. The pregnancy might be, IF it isn't yours. Then that's your problem too. But, on the age thing - that's totally your problem. She's below legal consent age, so that means you could get charged with statutory rape. If you are found guilty, that makes you a sex offender, and you'll be a registered sex offender for life.

Statuary rape is a very difficult crime to prosecute and I doubt your local DA will go after you. Especially since the girl is poor and homeless. If she's pregnant it could be yours (especially if you didn't wrap it up) bur maybe it's someone else's. Just wait and see I guess.
BTW there are plenty of under aged girls that look much younger. My friend's sister is 14 and gets into 21+ clubs using her sister's old license so ID doesn't always mean anything either.

first of all, everything depends on what state you're in. if she reports to child support for a dna test or for child support and lists you as the father, the department is required to file statutory rape charges with the police department. if you admit that the intercourse happened, however she misrepresented herself as being older or verbally told you she was older, then your defense would be mistake of fact. however, not every state accepts the mistake of fact defense, here in CA, they do. you would just have to be able to prove that she misrepresented her age, get written statements from her friends of them agreeing that she lies about her age to guys. and just because you MAY get charged with 261.5 (statutory rape) does NOT mean that you'll have mandatory sex offender registration, again, it depends what state you live in. i wish you the best of luck...

this is pretty much her problem. i mean, if you are the father then you'll have to step it up and BE a father, but you need to sit down with her and have a serious talk about what just happened. if you're the baby's father you won't be able to just leave her because you don't seem like you're that kind of guy. but if you're not the baby's father, then get out while you can. you should also have parents/guardians present when you talk to her. it'll be awkward, but they know best and they'll help you. good luck!

come on now, what 15 year old looks like shes 19? not too many! maybe you shouldnt have one night stands with minors. maybe this should be a lesson that if you do, check their I.D.
I doubt they will do anything...it depends on what state and if her parents want to press charges. If it were my child, i'd press charges and send your butt to jail.
you are an adult, now act like one. and be thankful you didnt catch an STD or HIV.. use protection if you act like a manwh*re!

Yep you could be in a lot of trouble, I wouldn't piss her off untill you have an idea what to do.

What a *****!
Well, the kid could be yours so that would suck. And then theres the fact you could go to jail for statutory rape...
My advice would be to go on Maury.
