Company re-charged me a charged-back amount. What is my recourse?

A company that has little to no customer service has been recurring charging me even though I have tried to contact them repeatedly and get the service dropped. Late last year I submitted a chargeback through my bank which was approved. But the company turned around and tacked the charged-back amount onto another recurring charge. Can they really do this? What is my recourse here?

I am truly sorry you are in this situation . Your only recourse is to take it back through your bank , and then possibly change acct. #'s .

What they are doing now is illegal but they don't care as most people won't sue over a [ hopefully] small amount . Get in touch with the better business Bureau-they are effective and you can file the claim on-line.

    Good luck .

Contact your credit card company and tell them that was an unauthorized charge and it should be removed. Tell them to not allow that company to make any more charges to your card.

If they can't do that, tell them to cancel that card and issue you a new one with a new number.
