How do I send a screen shot of a page to someone else?

I know how to copy and paste. Is that the same thing? I have a bug on one of my pages and the customer service wants me to send a screen shot of the page I'm having troubles with.

Update:

Thank you so much for your help. I got it done and it was so simple.

All right. What you need to do is make it so that you are currently viewing what you want to send. So if you are having an error message in Internet Explorer, make it so that that is showing.

Now, press PrintScreen or PrintScrn on your keyboard. It won't actually print the screen. Which is weird.

Now, open Paint or a similar program. Press Ctrl-V to paste the image in. Now save the image.

Now, you can send the image however you want. You might upload it to Imageshack then send them the image URL.

If you already have an image uploading service account, use that instead.

    Registration on Imageshack is free.

Alternatively, you might email the screenshot as an attachment.

A simple way of taking a screen shot is by pressing the "Print Scr" button on your keyboard, pasting the image on an application like MS Paint and saving it as a regular picture file.

Press "Print Scr"--> Open paint--> paste image-->save file--->send file to customer service

you can go to start>accesories>snipping tool to take a picture of the screen or a rectangular area then just save it to like your desktop or somewhere you will be able to find it later, then just attach it on an email the customer service

    hope that helps.
