If earth has only been around 6000 years, where did this come from?

yeah we used to worship females during our prehistoric years but around the time that civilization began to appear they became more like objects, more like possesions. It's all the corruption of material goods and power that creates social heirarchy.

I always wondered how they come up with the dating of things. How do they date that as 35,000 years ago?
