Your account probably got deleted or deactivated. You might have to make another Facebook account. But you should wait for Facebook to respond before you do anything.

First, there is not any way you may substitute your password the place the login suggestions is entered. for somebody to have the flexibility to alter his password, you would be logged in on the account and visit settings then 'widespread'. 2nd, there is not any way somebody can create a entire diverse and new account purely via utilising your digital mail. It demands extra archives. like birthday suggestions & etc. third, you may't use an analogous digital mail that has already been registered on a facebook account. ultimately, facebook does no longer delete money owed thoroughly allowing the consumer to turn on the account back on purely via entering the login suggestions such as you always could do. So purely tell your buddy to log in to his previous account utilising an analogous archives. he used in the previous. The account could be there. i'm hoping this is no longer a troll using fact I easily have been on right here answering for extra then 10mins. i'm hoping I easily have resolved your question?

As an e-mail address is supposed to be for one person only, you will have a hard time explaining the situation to Facebook as the use of an e-mail address by two separate users is usually regarded with great suspicion (somebody trying to steal your identity)

facebook is good about getting back to people, and they will most likely reinstate your account if it was deleted, just explain to them, be patient they get a lot of emails everyday.
