How do i stop this on facebook?
Can somebody please tell me how i can stop this happening? It's happening multiple times a day and i can't post or anything. I've googled it but just can't understand what i was reading as i'm not tech savvy. Can someone tell me in a simple way?

Delete your Facebook account, you'll feel so much better. It's liberating! - killed mine off in 2012 and never went back.

Are you using the Facebook App ? If so check the App Store and see if there are any Updates Available should there be any install them as that would Fix the Problem that your having
Otherwise its a Bug with Facebook you Cant Fix that Unfortunately as its on there End

Short answer: You can't. This error happens when somebody is spamming the Facebook application with an unusual number of requests. Once it happens, they automatically disable Facebook feeds for a few hours. Every disabled feed will try to reanimate itself in 6 hours.
So, stop requesting so much. They think you are a scammer.
