Itunes says I purchased a song, but it didn't download to my Itunes library...?
I purchased a song, but it was taking a little while than longer to download and I had to shut my computer down. I still got charged for the song, and it shows up in my Itunes purchase history, but it didn't download! Even when I "Check for Available Downloads" it says that all available downloads have been downloaded.
Am I S.O.L? Do I just download the song again and pay another $1.29?

1 open itunes
2. click account and enter your password.
3. click on history and find the download you bought
4. clcik on its purchase order then on 'report an issue'
5. find the did not download and send to apple.
6 wait up to 1 day
7 download will be reactivated for FREE (one time only) then it will load.
make sure you dont havbe a firewall blocking your downloads for itunes or set up to use a proxy as that can block downloads and cause this!! it went away as you started the download!!!

Store menu > Check for available downloads would be my only suggestion other than give iTunes support an email message about it.
