Not only is it okay, but it is encouraged. Do not have a milk shake though, unless you plan to eat it with a spoon.

Yes it is. You should ideally eat on the opposite side and should try not to get anything in the socket or dislodge the clot.

As long as you're not sipping it through a straw. If it hurts; then don't. Ask your dentist. Did he give you a care sheet of the things you should and shouldn't do? Read that; it will give you better, more reliable, answers than a answer board could.
