Is this diet acceptable?
Two to four bagels with cream cheese.
two medium chocolate and/or coffee.
some random drinks usually mineral water.
I've been having these for over a week now daily. When I like certain foods I tend to stick to it for up to several months. This just happens to be a bit less than I usually eat but that is what I like lately. So far my weight haven't fluctuated much. I also take vitamin C daily. As long as I don't go below 100 lbs. I think I should be fine. My stats: 107 lbs. 5'4" small frame
No, lol people I'm not trying to lose weight, this is just what my weight have always been and is actually better than my usual 100 lbs.

I'm assuming that by diet you mean what you eat on a regular basis, not a weight-loss method.
Either way, it's not healthy. You need more variation. What you're eating is mostly simple carbohydrates, which you metabolize fairly quickly and which will likely lead to a crash in your energy. I would suggest adding more complex carbohydrates like brown rice, grainy breads, and whole wheat pasta, not to mention fruits, vegetables, and protein.

No that diet is horrible actually. You need to take 1 multivitamin a day, eat good food not bagels which are terrible. Eggs, Tuna, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Turkey, Wheat Breads, water i prefer mine with crystal light because it has no sugar and only 5 carbs, also and I cant stress this enough, about the best thing for you is Oatmeal its filling nutritious, and it can be fixed 1000000 different ways. Bagels are just empty carbohydrates and are horrible for you, and cream cheese isnt that good for you either. Also, with coffee that is fine as long as you drink it in moderation, and chocolate is fine but you should look at dark chocolate since dark chocolate is actually good for you. Honestly you weight only 107 lbs. if you wanted to get to 100 then just drink lots of water, and oatmeals etc, and do a little bit of running.

In my opinion this is not an acceptable diet. You need a variety of fruits and vegetables and protein. Cream cheese isn't very good for you in large amounts so try to cut back. The mineral water isn't bad and it is a good thing you take vitamin c. A balanced diet is a healthy one.

Absolutely not.
You need vegetables, fruits, and protein.
Try 1-2 bagels a day with cottage cheese/ peanut butter/ egg salad on top...
Have at least 2 servings of veggies and 3 servings of fruits within the day,
and drink your milk for calcium. You will be extremely deprived of nutrients and you might get sick.
If you're around 25, you need 1375 calories a day to keep your body maintained. (http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/)

no offense but it sounds horrible. There are no nutrients whatsoever in any of this. You should really take a multivitamin and try to eat fruit and veggies and whole grains and lean proteins like chicken fish or meat

You're already really underweight. And, no. That's not a nutritious diet at all.
