i want to lose 20 pounds ASAP without the rents knowing. i?

i binge eat but then i get sick, i dont consume more than 1800 calories a day . i do an hour exercise each day but the weight does not seem to be going i drink about a litre of water a day including skinny water and i take adios slimming pills. None of this is working i really want to lose 20 pounds ASAP. im 5ft6 and 140 pounds please help!!!

    ok, the secret is to fool ur body

    eat many small meals a day, 6-12 if u need to, but keep them very small. this means ur body is always digesting and using energy. by still getting the essentials into ur body, u can constaly feel full and still lose weight :D

    also, dont eat within the final hour of ur day b4 u sleep, ok good luck :D

  • Eat home-prepared whole foods, tons of veg, protein every 3 hours. Eat at least 6 small meals spread throughout the day, and limit yourself to 1400 calories instead of 1800. Make sure you're eating properly, and taking a multivitamin would be useful as well. I personally recommend one large container of yogurt every morning, it helps you digest and is the best healthy weight loss product readily available.

    DO NOT BINGE EAT! Eat at all times, all times have some food on you. I can not emphasize this enough, or you could start dealing with an eating disorder like that chick you were admiring. Don't fall for the slimming pills and all that other crap. If you want a stimulant to help out, drink 3 coffee a day.

    Binge eating causes an insulin rush which leads to increased fat storage, and the lack of eating also adds to your stress hormones which will cause your body to distribute more fat through your belly, exactly where you DON'T want it.

    If you try and loose weight asap you will make yourself sick and risk life long health issues. Please do it sensibly. Weight Watchers is a good diet to follow for loosing weight sensibly and it doesn't take that long at all. Anyway depending on your frame you are probably already the right weight for your height. Do not binge, it will ruin your stomach, rot your teeth and give you all sorts of problems. Plus if you loose weight too quickly you can end up with stretch marks everywhere.

    how old are you ?? I think you're above 30

    at this age it's really hard to lose weight

    you know, try my diet but keep in mind that you might get sick after losing weight :p

    eat everything brown , brown bread brown sugar low fat cheese low fat milk low cholestrol eggs low cholestrol oil and walk alot, try to walk for 45 mins a day ...

    I was on this diet for 3 months and I lost 60 pounds

    but you know ... it's genatic in my family because when I got back to my normal diet I gained 80 pounds ... but it looks good because when I got thin I lost half of my beauty !

    OMG, seriously you dont neeed to lose any weight, my guess is you are a woman, because women are never happy wih their weight, they always want to lose more and more and more, but seriously at that weight, im a bloke, im 5 ft 6 and 185 pounds, seriously, you seem o be perfect, would love to met you to see how gopod looking you are at 140 pounds (which is what my wife weighs but she is 5 ft 8) you are absolutely perfect, my wife is the mos beautiful woman i have ever met, nice firm breasts, and nice firm BUT, dont lose the weight your fine

    But if you did wnat to lose weight, make your self sick after meals, try to be anorexic just for a while, then the "weight" will dro off! trust me

  • Pay the rent first and then lose the 20 lbs and the rent money will never know.
