how to use a black & decker sheet sander (palm sander)?

I was given a Black & Decker 1.6A 1/4 Sheet Sander (palm sander) and I would like to use it but I need a little help, please. How do you load the sand paper? I really thought that it would be obvious, but obviously I can't figure it out. Thanks for your help.

There is two clamps on opposing sides of the pad, they may have levers attached in which case, you move the lever to open the clamp and slide the sandpaper in and then lock the lever down. Or there may be spring loaded clamps with a slot in them where you insert a tool (supplied) or a small screw driver to operate the clamp. Cut the paper to width, and istall one end, wrap paper around to other clamp and mark and cut to proper length

There should be "clips" at both ends to slide the paper into and lock.
