Is the National Science Foundation complicit in the perpetration of an AGW hoax?

As a major source of funding to climate researchers is the NSF guilty of promoting research that supports a preconceived conclusion for the purpose of deluding government policy makers and the general public?

Here is a NSF report on the impacts of climate change that their funded research has revealed. Is this nothing but a bunch of propaganda in support of a hoax?

Update:

It is amazing to me that such widely diverse scientific research as funded by the NFS could be assumed to be subverted by AGW interests in support of some politically inspired hoax. People who claim this hoax really need to examine the enormity of this proposition. Lots and lots of solid independent research just happens to support AGW. There is no hoax.

No. There is no hoax, and the NSF's job is merely to fund solid scientific research. 'Skeptics' like Lindzen and Spencer have gotten funding from the NSF as well.

Key point here is global warming driven by co2. Co2 cannot drive or enhance the greenhouse effect unless it is saturated with water vapor as in tropical or moist lake regions. You can have the same co2 level in say Minnesota in the summer as in a desert region like Yuma. Now say they both reach the same daytime temperature of 100 degrees. Minnesota is at 95% humidity and Yuma is at 10% humidity. At midnight Minnesota is still at 95 degrees while Yuma is at 70 degrees. So it is humidity that holds in the heat while co2 without humidity allows the heat to easily radiate out into space.

You may not agree with them but it is not a hoax. It is only a hoax if you knowingly lie. Saying what you really think, no matter how wrong it might be, is not a hoax.

I do not trust them. They have been bought by the government. If they say the wrong things, they will lose their government grants. It is as simple as that!

    Yes.

It's "global warming." "Global warming is caused by CO2."

    The earth is cooling.

Therefore we should create more CO2.
