I do not think you have any realistic chance of compiling such a list (though I am curious as to your motives!). I used to get the ABC guide, which listed the timetable of each world airport. It was printed on flimsy, telephone book type paper, and the 2 volumes were over 6 inches thick!

Your list would have literally millions of entries, and by the time you had got a fraction of the way through, the first items you researched would probably be out of date....

There is no such list.

This is an impossible thing to do, there are too many airports and airlines worldwide to make this possible.
